How to resolve error 127

Hi, 


We're sorry that you are experiencing an issue with the Indeemo app. 


First, please check you have the latest version of the Indeemo App here: indeemo.com/download


Then, try the following steps: 

  • Please upload any pending uploads via m.indeemo.com
    • Open m.indeemo.com on the browser on your phone and log in
    • Follow the steps on screen to upload any uploads that have not yet uploaded successfully in your Indeemo App
  • Once everything is uploaded, please log out of the App and log back in again.


Going forward, please do not delete any upload that is not yet fully uploaded :)



If your issue persists, please screen shot the error message on the app and send it [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
