How to resolve error 124

We're sorry that you are experiencing an issue with the Indeemo app. 


First, please check you have the latest version of the Indeemo App here: indeemo.com/download



Then, try the following steps: 


  • Go to the Settings on your phone and check your phone's storage. 
  • If the storage space is running low (less than 3GB available), please can you free up some space?
  • Try to do another recording in the Indeemo app. 


If the issue persists, please screen shot the error message on the app and send it android-support@indeemo.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
