How to resolve error 117

We're sorry that you are experiencing an issue with the Indeemo app. 


First, please check you have the latest version of the Indeemo App here: indeemo.com/download



Then, try the following steps: 

1. Go to 'My Responses'

2. Find the 2 identical entries

3. Find the stuck upload with 'waiting to upload' status

4. Tap on the pen icon on top right 

5. Edit the caption to make it different 

6. Save it 

7. Please swipe down on screen to refresh

9. The 2 entries are now uploaded successfully. 



If the issue persists, please screen shot the error message on the app and send it [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
