How to resolve errors 101 and 120

We're sorry that you are experiencing an issue with the Indeemo app. 



First, please check you have the latest version of the Indeemo App here: indeemo.com/download


Then, try the following steps: 


1. Check to ensure you have a strong, stable connection on your phone

2. Please re-upload your response

3. Tap OK on the error if it appears again

4. Swipe down on 'My Responses' to refresh the screen

5. Ensure all uploads have green 'Uploaded' status



If the steps above do not resolve the issue, please log into our mobile browser version of Indeemo at https://m.indeemo.com on your phone and try to upload your response there. 


If the issue persists after trying the browser version above, please screen shot the error message on the app and send it [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
