My photos are not uploading

Before you start: Please make sure you have internet / wifi access. Open another website to confirm this. Please also make sure there’s enough memory / storage on the phone. If you have no space, we will not be able to compress the photo. If you have internet access and space, then:

  1. When the upload starts, please make sure you keep the app open until the photos says “Uploaded”. If you close the app, the upload will stop.
  2. We recommend you upload one photo at the time – otherwise photos may take longer to upload / may get stuck in the queue
  3. If your upload stops, first pull down on the screen to restart it.
  4. If 3 does not work, kill the app and reopen.
  5. If 4 does not work, log out of the app, log back in and try to upload your photo again.

App says Upload incomplete

If you get a message that the upload was incomplete, it may be because you closed the app before the upload was able to complete. To fix this:

  1. Reopen the app and pull down on the My Response screen to restart the upload.
  2. Make sure to keep the app open until the response is uploaded, which may take a few minutes.
  3. f 2 does not work, try to kill the app then reopen the app and it should start to upload again.
  4. If 3 does not work, log out of the app, log back in and try to upload your photo again. If you’re still experiencing difficulties, please Contact Us.

I cannot see my photos/ videos folders on Indeemo app

You might have denied allowing Indeemo to access photos, media and files from your device.

    To fix this, please follow the steps below :

  1. Go to ‘settings’ app on your device.
  2. Choose ‘apps’.
  3. Select ‘Indeemo’ app.
  4. In ‘app settings’ section, can you please take a screenshot and send it to us? (Like the screenshot below).

 



If ‘permissions’ is not allowed, tap on it:


        1. Click on camera.


        2. Select ‘allow’.

        3. Repeat the steps for microphone and storage

        4. Now, go back to Indeemo app.

        5. Tap on the '+' button.

        6. Choose 'video'.

        7. You should be able to see your folders or take a video.

        8.Go back and tap again on the '+' button.

        9. Choose 'photo'.

       10. You also should be able to take a photo or choose a folder and select the photo you wish to upload
