When will I get paid/receive my incentive?

Indeemo does not handle payments. We only assist with technical issues. For any questions regarding payment or incentives, please contact your Recruiter or Researcher.


When I go into my Task List, there's nothing but a note to contact my Recruiter. What do I do?

This means that your email is not linked to a project. This can be caused by 2 reasons:

  1. You registered with a different email address to the one you gave your Recruiter. If so, log out and register again using the correct email address that you gave to your Recruiter. or
  2. Your recruiter has not yet added your email address to Indeemo / the project has not yet started. If so, you do not need to do anything. Once your recruiter links your email address to your project on Indeemo, your Tasks will appear.

Please check your Task List daily until they appear. If you have any questions, please email your Recruiter and tell them that you cannot see your tasks on Indeemo.


My Task List is blank

If you cannot see any tasks in your task list, try the following:

  1. Make sure you are connected to the Internet;
  2. Go to the My Responses screen and pull down on the screen to force a refresh. Open your task list again;
  3. If 1 doesn’t work, log out of the app and log back in again. Then check the task list again. If you’re still experiencing difficulties, please scroll down and select the Contact Us option.

I posted my upload to the incorrect Task

To change which Task your upload is linked with, do the following:

  1. Open Indeemo app;
  2. Stay on 'My Responses' screen and find on timeline the response you wish to edit;
  3. Tap on the 3 dots icon at the bottom of your response;
  4. Tap on the pencil at the top right of the next screen;
  5. Scroll down the screen and select the correct Task check box;
  6. Save your changes.

Some of my Tasks have disappeared

If some of your tasks have disappeared but you can still see the introduction text, this means that your Researcher has hidden the tasks. This is not a technical issue and is part of the project. Tasks can be hidden at a partcular date and time or tasks can be hidden once they are completed. If you have any questions, please contact your Recruiter or the Researcher.


Why can't see the next tasks?

Your researcher has scheduled the tasks to appear and/or disappear at a pre-programmed time and date.


There are some remaining tasks which are scheduled to appear at a particular time. This explains why you can not see your remaining tasks at this time.


To check this, please do the following:

    1. Go to Menu;

    2. Select Task List;

    3. If your task is 100% completed, this means your next Task will come at a particular time. 


Please make sure notifications are enabled to be informed when the next task will be available on the app.

As we provide technical support for the app only, we are not involved in the specifics of tasking or scheduling.


I have completed my task but my completion is still not 100% and I can't see the next Tasks on Task List

If your Task List is a sequential task list, you need to upload exactly what the “Required Responses” state. E.g. if the Task has a Required Response = 2 photos and you upload 1 photo and 1 video, the “Completion” will show 50% even though you have done 2 posts. In this instance, to complete the task and move on to the next task, you need to upload 1 more photo so you equal the “Required Response” of 2 photos.


Another example, if you’re required to upload “1 photo and 1 Note”, you need to upload 1 photo and 1 separate Note. If you upload a photo and put a caption underneath, the system will only recognize it as 1 photo. You still need to upload 1 Note. Also if you upload your response to a different task, the same thing will happen.


So please make sure to upload the exact number of Required Responses as instructed on your task and to upload it to that particular task. If you have any questions, please contact your Recruiter or Researcher.
